Museum Mile Festival— FREE!

Nine of the world's best museums open their doors FREE to the public on Tuesday, June 12 from 6:00 PM-9:00 PM for the annual Museum Mile Festival. See the full listing of street events! Participating museums include Museo del Barrio; Museum of the City of New York; the Cooper-Hewitt; National Design Museum, Smithsonian Institution; Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum; Neue Galerie New York; Goethe-Institute/German Cultural Center; and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Family art workshops, live model drawing class for kids age 8-12; face painting, balloons, chalk drawing, magic, jugglers, lots of bands, and more!
