The Red Hook Waterfront Arts Festival

• NEW LOCATION: The festival has moved to Louis J. Valentino Jr. Park & Pier — cool sea breezes, grassy lawns and views of the harbor and the Statue of Liberty! At Coffey and Ferris Streets in Red Hook.
• NEW HOURS: From 10 am to 7 pm, the FREE festival will be jam-packed with activities for children, teens and the whole family ALL DAY.
• NEW! TOLERANCE TENT: The tent is where it's happening! Workshops, films from the 3rd annual Red Hook Youth Film Festival, winners of the "Seeds of Tolerance" film contest, and much more will be going on throughout the day. Funded by the Third Millennium Foundation.
• HOT LINE UP OF ARTISTS: DJ BOBITTO GARCIA aka KOOL BOB LOVE; earthdriver; ABUKUA DANCERS; BABA ISRAEL AND YAKO
• FANTASTIC YOUTH PERFORMANCES
• DANCE FOR TOLERANCE: WITH YOUTH FROM CALI, COLOMBIA, FORTALEZA, BRAZIL AND BROOKLYN (a project of the Third Millennium Foundation)
• FREE BOAT RIDES: with Red Hook Boaters
• CLOSING DANCE PARTY: BRING YOUR DANCING SHOES!
