Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Chancellor Joel Klein yesterday appointed Martine Guerrier as the City’s first-ever Chief Family Engagement Officer and launched new strategies to strengthen the Administration’s efforts to engage public-school parents and families throughout New York City.
